This year marks 100 years since Stonehenge was gifted to the nation. English Heritage want to celebrate this by inviting anyone who is 100 years old to a special event to mark this.
Do you know anyone who is 100 years old in your area? If so could you please let either Jane or Julie (email@example.com) know their details or pass this to the person, their carer or relative and get them to respond. It would be great to get as many people there as possible.
You are invited to join staff and friends of English Heritage to a special event to mark 100 years since Stonehenge was given to the nation. There will be tea and cake at our visitor centre and a chance to bring photographs and reminisce about your early memories of visiting and living near the iconic monument. For those who wish to, there will be a bus trip to visit the stones. Or if you prefer, a guided tour of the exhibition.
Day: Friday 26 October 2018
Plus 1: Please feel free to bring a guest or a carer with you to this special event
RSVP: Julie Sherburn, Stonehenge Visitor Centre, Amesbury, SP4 7DE
