We meet at the Methodist Church Hall in Shrewton between 10am and  3pm each Thursday for 50 weeks of the year, closing only for the two weeks over the Christmas period. The day begins at 10am with coffee and chat before our programme for the day commences. Each day follows a structured but varied plan.

We offer various activities encouraging fitness, health, artistic ability and mental stimulation in a warm friendly environment. The emphasis is always on fun. There are also regular outings.
